Item Image Upload - Better Resizing (Retail)

(I was advised to post all of this here.  For all browsing, they supposedly use the number of upvotes to prioritize changes... so please upvote any requests that you support)

Uploading images is good, but it needs tweaking to allow resizing and centering of images into the display area without having to manually add white space to an image file in an editing program.  It only lets you shrink to the max dimension of the image... other sites simply let you shrink it to add white space without having to edit in white space in an image editing program.
