responsive mobile screen for better user experience

on mobile, the screen is showing in ZOOM IN,

which make it difficult for users to fully see the fields, as a results they missed fields that they need to fill in.

For example, on setting, they are not sure why they are not able to go to the next page on the adress section, they are not see that they actually need to fill some more details
