Choose a delivery method later

Can you pls remove/deactivate/fix/unmark "Choose a delivery method later" feature in marketplace Retail/Goods? Or fix the bug ASAP.

It's marked by default on product page and creates bug in cart so completing buying process is impossible. 

Delivery methods are in the bottom of product page so user may not see it before adding product to the cart and may not change it to delivery methods set up by sellers. If user doesn't change delivery method before putting product info cart he/she will be unable to finish shopping. I won't mention consequences ;)

  +1.  I have experienced this glitch, screen captured it, and sent it to support.  They were unable to duplicate it.  Even so, the "select later" thing is a function that I've never seen in any marketplace or online store.
