Exclusive and Inclusive filters should be toggle-able

I want some of my filters to be exclusive, instead of inclusive. This means that when a buyer picks, 'No peanuts' as a filter, for example, it should only show me results that specify through the custom fields that that they do not contain peanuts!

Inclusive filters only work on rarer situations, and the more common use-case would be that filters should be exclusive!

  Yes sure, my goal when I use filters is to create a list of items that each contains all the conditions that I set. This is in order to find exactly what I wanted and save time in searching.
