Seller/Buyer PROFILE Pic Dimensions

Hi there!

 

Does anyone have the dimensions for the Seller/Buyer accounts Profile Picture? I have tried 70x40, 100x100, 200x200, 300x300, 400x400, 500x500, 600x600, 1080x1080 all in jpeg...all upload clear then post blurry...they are 200kb or less AND I have cleared the cache/cookies and restarted my laptop. I have screen recorded my uploading and upon hitting the green check it blurs and posts blurry. I even uploaded via my iphone and have the same event. Our admin/Seller account images are the correct size and when I upload that exact same image into a test seller account, the blurring happens. I used all of the dimensions on the support FAQ as well to no avail and currently have my inquiry in the support desk queue, but this is now at "annoying/costly" level for my business as I have to wait even more to onboard new sellers and buyers.

 

All info is appreciated! What image sizes are your Buyer and Sellers using for the account image? I already have the item listing images correct.

  I have created a workaround for this should anyone be interested! My marketplace already has Tier Membership levels and in order to maintain uniformity on the site and to prevent some profile images being clear and others not, we are implementing a color swatch for the membership level of the user, as their profile pic. This allows them to post a corporate logo/business logo/personal image as one of their listing images. The buyer's profile images will be a color swatch as well to prevent a blurry image at any time. 

  This has been tested and it is in place and not blurry so if this happening to anyone, this may be a solution! Our listing images are perfect, as are of the other images throughout the marketplace!

  So I just saved a bunch of profile pics from the displayed webpage, and they downloaded as 150x150.  I adjusted my own pic to that resolution and it showed up a lot better.

  The ones for here in the support forum downloaded at 80x80
