More versatile chat with features like uploading a contract, copying text, sending images

I would like my users to have a more comprehensive chat function on Arcadier to facilitate transactions. Right now, the chat only allows text to be exchanged.

I would like to allow my users to upload files like contracts, the ability to copy details from the chat and the ability to send images - all so they do not have to speak to each other offline.

  That would be greatly useful. The purpose being to avoid that merchants and clients speak to each other offline.

  +1.  For me, my sellers need to confirm details and send proofs, sometimes before the purchase is made.

  +2 Our users actually need to send photos via chat for confirmation before they can commit to a service transaction, so that would be a crucial feature to have. Currently, we would have to connect the user and seller offline via sms/whatsapp/email which would break the flow of booking/payment.
