Downloading & Management of user database for CRM needs

In the admin panel user management - sellers and buyers sections;
-I can not see the list of the sellers/buyers list sorted by time, it is not easy to figure which member was new or older. Every time I check which member is a new one I need to go over the whole page and start over.
-I can not download the sellers/buyers list to a excel file so that I can create a customer database on excel or other database programs.
Downloading and managing the data of the members of a marketplace is crucial to run email and sms campaigns for my buyers and sellers and I need to keep the email and phone numbers of my customers in excel files or other tools like a SAAS emailing&CRM tool etc. That is why I need to see the list of my members sorted by time and download the data of the members from time to time to keep my internal data updated. I believe these needs are very crucial for all Arcadier clients. I hope these developments can be done quickly to fulfill these needs.

Good news! In our latest release, we have re-designed the way in which the list of items are displayed and filtered in your admin portal. You are now able to sort the items by name, date created, and date updated! Additionally, you are download the information into a CSV file.

I agree, I would definitely need to be able to export all data into Excel - sellers, buyers and transactions.

Absolutely critical for a business marketplace. This should be a 'must-have', not a 'nice to have'.

Agreed. Database is the gold mine. We definitely need the database to build relationship with them and to monetize.

Totally agreed. I have the exact same need. This is a must have.
It would also facilitate checking the identity of the new sellers on the marketplace, which will help prevent fraud in extreme cases.
