Categories & Products Problems
After the last updates of the Arcadier platform in January 2018 there is a problem with my marketplace. When I look at the categories the default ranking that I set not work although it looks the same on my dashboard.
In addition and more important, when I click a category the products are not shown. The pages are all blank.
I checked in chrome both from laptop and mobile. Does anyone have similar problems?

Additional problem: Now I see that the sorting in my admin panel has changed without my control and when I try to re-sort it does not work. The system sorts itself.

Hmm...strange that this is happening to you. Its not happening on my end. Have you checked with Arcadier about this??

Yes Arcadier team is looking into it. I did a hard refresh, cleared cookies but it is still the same :(

Looks like it's working fine on my side as well, maybe you wanna check your cache?

Thank you Jayde, I cleared all the cache and problem is solved. But I can not understand why my computer's cache is related to such a problem and If I am having this problem many Chrome users might be having the same issue and they would think that my marketplace is not working properly. There is no way that an end user can think about cleaning all the cache when visiting a site.I think Arcadier should find a solution to avoid the need of deleting all cache to prevent such a problem.
In addition the problem with category sorting issue remains, I can not change the sorting of m categories, the system sorts itsel in an unlogical way out of my control. I think it is a back end issue. Do you guys have such an issue?

Hi Hakki,
This issue could be due to the new values generated from the new update that we had. For this instance, the Google Chrome browser tend to retain a large amount of cache and we would highly recommend our users to clear them.

But how would a new end user/customer would think of this possibility and act to clear hi/her cache? What would be a technical solution from Arcadier side? I guess the solution is not to write a message on our marketplace's home page welcome a banner to warn Chrome users to clear caches :)
Also, is there a solution to the categories sorting problem? My categories are still sorted in a bad ranking out of my control and I can not change it.It has been almost 3 days (and now we are entering weekend) and still there is no solution to my problem :(
