User login-password recovery pages design & recovery process problems
When users that has subscribed via Google Open ID need to recover their password they come to the Seller Registration/Sign in Page. There they see the "Forgot password?" link at the end of the page (https://www.giftomi.com/user/marketplace/customlogin?isSeller=false&returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.giftomi.com%2Fuser ). The "Forgot password?" link looks like it refers both Google Open Id and regular password recovery methods in the design of this page. So users think that if they click this link and go through the recovery process they will complete it. And when they fill their email in that page (https://www.giftomi.com/User/Marketplace/ForgotPassword ) and ask for a recovery email the system says "A recovery email is has been sent..." and they wait to receive the recovery email. But an email does go to the user's email account because they went through the wrong process. I guess there are 2 solution options: 1-Although Google Open ID account users go through the other method by mistake to recover their passwords they would be able to receive an email to change the password if it is technically possible. Or 2- When Google Open ID account users go through the other method by mistake, they can receive a message like "You must recover your password through Google password recovery process etc" instead of the message " "A recovery email is has been sent...". In additon may be in the https://www.giftomi.com/User/Marketplace/ForgotPassword page they can see a similar message like "You must recover your password through Google password recovery process not through this page etc".

Right now, the best solution is to clarify via the Edit Text feature that the passwords are only for custom logins and not for Facebook or Google Open ID logins.

Is there a way to remove the Continue with Google or Facebook, otherwise why offer a feature that is creating a lot of nightmares and more work. People don't have time to read articles or try to solve things. They will just automatically assume it does not work and is already been frustrating for my marketplace.
