How to charge a subscription fee instead of taking commission?

I am thinking of charging a subscription fee to sellers to list their services on my marketplace instead of charging them a commission. Does anyone have any advice for this?

  But basically, you have to use a 3rd party service for this.

  If you have an up and running business, you should also try Zoho out or Quickbooks. But the payment settlement should be done offline from Aracdier, since it's not an integrated system. I asked them before dude
