    Hi Melissa, 

    As you are aware, your ticket has been processed regarding downgrading. At the moment, downgrading from our subscription packages or terminating admin accounts can only be done via email to our Arcadier support team. However, we will definitely take this into consideration as we continue to improve our admin UX.
