Commission on shipment

Hi, I wanted to know if the commission was charged for the cost of shipping, in my case 15%.

  Yes, the commission that you set will be exacted on the full transactional amount. This means that if the seller lists the item price as 95 dollars and charges 5 dollars for the delivery (totalling 100 dollars for the transaction). You will receive 15 dollars minus the payment gateway fees if your commission is 15%.

  So all shipping cost must be manually added into the cost of your listing as well? Are there shipping services offered by Arcadier?
