After you or your seller checks the mailbox for an email that should be coming across, nothing comes through. Why is that?
There are a couple of reasons, this article lists the top reasons:
1. It went to spam or junk
Sometimes, this happens. Though unfortunate, the only solution is to make sure that your emails are being sent to people who are expecting these emails, and would not mark it as spam when it comes in.
If this is your mailbox, remember to mark it not as junk.
2. It is not in spam, or junk, or anywhere!
To better understand how mail is sent on Arcadier, our solution triggers Sendgrid APIs to send the emails on the behalf of Arcadier's system.
According to Sendgrid, some emails get blocked by Outlook or Gmail because of Yahoo's DMARC policy. However, this only applies if your sent from email is a yahoo email address e.g. email@example.com
The marketplace admins can also check the Mail Log, located under Content > Email. Admins can refer to the column "Trigger", where if it states "Ok", it would mean that the email has been sent out.
