What happens to my marketplace after the free trial?

You will be automatically subscribed to Arcadier Express. You can subscribe earlier to gain access to additional functions before your free trial is up as well. Learn how here.

Marketplace created before April 13, 2023, is still for 30-day free trial. For the marketplace created on or after 13th of April 2023, it will be for 14-days free trial.

To keep your marketplace active after your free trial, make sure you have sufficient funds in the card provided during marketplace onboarding.

This means that the consumer portal (where buyers will land on) and seller portals (where merchants manage their listings) will not be available. Your administrator portal will have limited access to the subscription page.
