1) What does this feature allow admins to do?
Marketplace administrators can log into the accounts of the sellers on their platform. This enables them to upload and edit listings on behalf of their seller. To do this, go to ‘User Mgmt’ > ‘Users’ and click ‘Login’ to access your sellers’ portal and upload/edit their listings.
2) Use cases
- Administrators who also own seller accounts can easily log in
- Monitor and oversee communication between buyers and sellers
- Assist sellers in editing or updating the listings (price, images, quantity, description, delivery, etc) when sellers are not able to do so
