You can change the admin commission rate on every category yourself. If you would like to reset it marketplace-wide, you can edit the admin fee directly from your admin portal, Settings > General > Commission > Default commission.
Arcadier marketplace can support setting commission by marketplace, category, merchant.

Heads-up to anyone requesting site wide commission rate change. Advised it would take between 2 - 5 business days. Requested change a week ago and am still waiting despite chasing several times!
