The admin commission fees will be a percentage (can be 0%) of the total transaction value, and this percentage is determined by you, the marketplace admin. However, with certain payment gateways, they might not accept 0%. Please do refer to the individual payment gateways articles for more information.
For example, when a customer makes an order that amounts to SGD$100, and you have set the admin commission fee to be 5%, you will earn SGD$5.
Admin Fee = (item price x qty) * commission

How payments fee are calculated?
Depending on the payment gateway integrated, the payment fees are calculated and charged differently.
If the transaction was made through Stripe, the transaction fee charged by Stripe will only apply to your seller. You will still receive SGD$5 as admin commission for that transaction.
If the transaction was made through PayPal, the transaction fee charged by PayPal will apply to both you, the admin and your seller. Your commission will now be (SGD$5 - PayPal’s transaction fees) for that transaction.
