Arcadier allows you to on-board and create your marketplace without connecting a payment account.
All you need to input during the on-boarding process is your marketplace currency and marketplace commission fees.
You are only required to connect to your Stripe/ PayPal account when you are ready to allow merchants to on-board onto your marketplace and accept transactions.
