Unfortunately, Arcadier is currently unable to provide this capability.
We have taken note of such requests from our customers and added it into the planned list of features in our product roadmap.
In the meantime, your sellers could temporarily apply the following workaround.
- Everytime your sellers receive a new order, Arcadier will send them a notification email.
- They can check the total value of each individual orders by clicking on the “Orders” button on their seller panel.
- Following which, they could manually make refunds on the delivery charges incurred by any customer who makes the criteria.
