If you have purchased our Starter, Basic, Growth or Scale package, we will send you an invoice every month, from the day you purchased the plan, to the email address of the admin email address. We will send you an email notification with a link to a detailed invoice of fees incurred during that billing period.
As a customer under the Basic, Growth and Scale plan, your payments to Arcadier, including all monthly subscription fees and transactions fees, will be automatically processed through your Stripe and Paypal account.
If you are a customer under the Enterprise package, you will be billed monthly and your account manager will send you the invoice. Payment can be done by any offline method including bank transfer.
The Enterprise package is for you to have your own customized online marketplace with tailored features by leveraging on our API libraries. You can find out more at https://www.arcadier.com/enterprise.html. To do so, you can either bring your own developer team or we will connect you to an Arcadier Development Partner. This package will have a tailored pricing, with unlimited transactions per month, and enterprise-level support (dedicated account manager).
